How backup file changes

A backup is a text file that contains encrypted information about all your wallets.  This means that the user adds or deletes data from the backup when creating or deleting wallets on Guarda. This is why we strongly recommend updating and downloading the latest backup containing all the new changes in your wallet list. 

Guarda is a non-custodial wallet and we do not store any data from our users. We cannot help you restore access to your funds if you lose your current backup.
