What do I do if I forgot my recovery phrase?

If you remember your PIN code:

If you realise that you no longer remember your recovery phrase/don’t have it written down, immediately transfer all of the funds contained within to a regular Guarda wallet (any version is fine: Web, Desktop, Android/iOS). After you’re sure your funds are all safe, reset your Ledger to factory settings and initialise it as a new device. You will then be able to write down the new recovery phrase.

If you do not remember your PIN code:

Unfortunately, if you have neither your PIN code nor your recovery phrase, your funds will be lost. Please take precautions to avoid any possibility of losing/forgetting both at the same time.
