Why we don't offer phone support

We offer 24/7 online support via email and live chat on every platform possible. We're here to help whether you use our web version, desktop app, or mobile apps.

In Guarda, Customer Support team members are real, friendly humans — no bots allowed! We love answering questions, solving problems, and helping you manage your funds.

We don't offer phone support because we truly want to provide the most effective help, and it's difficult with the phone. We keep our support online for a few reasons:

  • First of all, when you're working with crypto, you have to deal with numerous identification numbers, e.g. addresses, hashes, exchange IDs, etc. It is difficult for both sides to check it on phone.
  • Plus, when you face any issues, we can instantly check how they appear with some screenshots from you. It eases troubleshooting a lot! We frequently ask you to send us screenshots, videos, and links to help us see what you’re seeing. We can also send you screenshots and videos to guide you in the right direction.
  • It's faster. We can quickly get to the bottom of your questions without putting you on hold.
  • Online support keeps detailed records in one place. You can be sure that nothing gets lost in translation if we need to escalate your issue to the R&D team. We'll always have access to previous tickets so you won't have to repeat questions.
